HOW
DO STATIC DISCHARGERS WORK
The
static discharger doesn’t need to touch the product. Mounted a
few mm above the material, the tips of the fibre concentrate the
electrostatic field and Ionise the air. Ionised air is conductive
and allows the rapid
exchange of ions to take place which neutralises the
charge.
