A Conveyor Roller Table is a type of material handling system commonly used in industrial applications to transport goods or materials in a controlled and efficient manner. 2. Frame: The rollers are mounted on a sturdy frame that supports the entire conveyor table. The frame is designed to withstand heavy loads and is typically made from steel or aluminum to ensure durability.

3. Motor (for Powered Tables): Powered conveyor roller tables use a motor and drive system to rotate the rollers, enabling automatic material movement. The motor is generally connected to a series of rollers through chains, belts, or gears.

4. Drive System (for Powered Tables): In powered roller tables, the drive system, which includes gearboxes, motors, and pulleys, ensures that the rollers rotate efficiently to transport materials.

5. Bearings: The rollers are typically mounted on bearings that allow them to rotate smoothly with minimal friction. Sealed bearings are often used to protect against dirt, dust, and other contaminants.

6. End Caps or Stops: These are placed at the end of the table to prevent materials from rolling off the edge. They help in ensuring that items are conveyed properly to the next section of the conveyor or workstation.

7. Supports and Feet: These components are used to ensure stability and alignment of the roller table. Adjustable legs or supports can be used to change the height or orientation of the table.
